Some of my favourite Super foods are:
- Wheat Grass
- Chia Seeds
- Hemp Seeds
- dark leafy greens (Broccoli, Kale, Brussels Sprouts)
- Berries (Blueberries, Gojiberries)
- Lemons (warm lemon water in the morning)
- Sweet Potatoes
- Walnuts, Almonds, Brazil nuts
- Sprouts (especially sun flower and broccoli sprouts- they are 30 times more nutritious than organic vegetables!!) Grow your own.
