The 5 Tibetans- “The Fountain of Youth”

The 5 Tibetans are a fantastic group of simple exercises practised by the Tibetan Monks for centuries, called “The Fountain of Youth”. In the middle of the 20th Century the knowledge reached the outside world.

They influence the chakras (energy centres) in the body, speed them up and align them with each other. They harmonise the glans and thus the hormones. And of course they strengthen and increase flexibility.

There are many instruction available on the internet, here is a written version.

There are also many You Tube versions for you to learn the 5 Tibetans. I like this one, the trainer seems to be very exact with the original instructions.
